Upper respiratory tract infections are particularly bothersome due to the symptoms that accompany them. Runny nose, cough or sore throat are symptoms that are most common in these infections. If, along these symptoms, a high temperature or bone and joints pain appear, the normal functioning of the body is much more difficult.
The most commonly used solution is to take drugs to reduce the severity of symptoms. However, they do not work against the actual cause of the viruses. Only suitably fast administration of the antiviral drugs can stop the development of the infection and shorten its duration.
